This course provides general information on pet first aid and CPR but is not a substitute for professional veterinary care or advice. Pet health situations can vary significantly, and professional veterinary judgment should always be sought when in doubt.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our courses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

The fees for our courses are listed on our website or registration platform. All fees are in CAD and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

All course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course content, inability to complete the course, or changes in personal circumstances.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, graphics, and assessments, are the property of Pawsome Pet Care Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any course materials without prior written consent from Pawsome Pet Care Academy.
